Absence Charge Appeal Form

Please fill out the following form in the case of an exceptional circumstance where a booking is cancelled with less than 48hrs of notice for Before or After School Care OR less than two weeks notice for Vacation Care.

NOTE: This form is not a notification of an absence, please still contact your centre to let them know your child will not be attending.

Bookings cancelled with less than the required notice are charged as an absent session. Centrelink will pay CCS for a total of 42 absences per financial year. This policy helps us to maintain consistent educators at your service, comply with educator to child ratios, provide adequate resources & plan for incursions & excursions during Vacation Care.
